I fell in love with Pilates in 2013 after my very first Pilates Reformer Class at Personal Pilates by Liz, and was immediately hooked. I have been an avid runner most of my life, training for and competing in various races, but I had never had such an amazing full body workout! I felt stronger, leaner, and more flexible with each Pilates Class. In just 6 months of working with Liz, I had transformed my body. I became more physically fit and felt stronger than any other time in my life. It gave me confidence and the energy to keep up with the day-to-day rigor of my job as a mom with a little one. When I became pregnant with my second child, I was able to continue my Pilates workouts up to the day before I gave birth. I honestly believe that my second pregnancy was such a breeze because of it. I started back to my Pilates workouts with Liz as soon as the Doctor said I could. In just a couple of short months, I have my pre-baby body back stronger than ever!
